About the Role
As the Country Manager for Finland, you will take overall responsibility for leading and developing Amokabel's presence in Finland.
In this key role, you will oversee driving sales efforts, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities that contribute to our continued growth. Customers are found across various segments, including mining, ships and installationss for batterystorage and datacenters. Your assignment will be to ensure that Amokabel becomes the obvious choice for customers in Finland while positioning our brand as a strong and reliable partner.
The role includes both strategic and operational responsibilities. You will develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs and opportunities of the Finnish market. Simultaneously, you will work closely with customers and partners to build long-term relationships that create mutual value.
You will also act as a vital link between Amokabel's Swedish organization and our operations in Finland. This means collaborating with internal teams to ensure we meet our customers' needs and deliver solutions that align with the market's high expectations for quality, service, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market strategies to achieve sales goals and strengthen our position in the Finnish market.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, actively working to understand their needs and provide solutions that create value and trust.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive growth, such as analyzing market trends and initiating proactive sales efforts.
- Represent Amokabel at industry fairs and events, increasing visibility, networking with key players, and building our brand.
- Ensure high quality and sustainability in our solutions while meeting market demands and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the Swedish team, serving as a bridge between local needs and our overarching strategies.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- Extensive experience as a leader with a clear business drive and the ability to take responsibility for sales and market development.
- A background in sales, ideally within power distribution, industry, or construction sectors.
- Proven skills in building trust and developing strong collaborations with customers and partners.
- The ability to identify market trends and turn them into actionable business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, self-reliance, and a strategic mindset combined with operational focus.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
